I just had one of those nights where everything that could have happened wrong, did.

First, I got in a car accident. Laurel was driving to my place from hers and we reached an intersection and noticed a cop car was chasing a car north to us, and they kept getting closer and closer, and the car just hit us head on, then the driver jumped out of his car and tried to run away. It turns out it was a stolen car. Laurels car is ruined-the front end is smashed in, and both airbags deployed-but we're both okay, thank God. Sure, a little sore and bruised but that's about it.
So we go back to her place for a bit then catch a train to get back to mine, and we are literally a stop away from my apartment when the train stops and over the loudspeaker says something about the equiptment not working. I start smelling smoke, so we're just like fuck it, its three blocks and get off the train. Outside the doors, in the actual station, its horribly smoky, and I notice that in the tunnel right ahead of us there is a fire literally on the wall. We just go back to my place.

I'm floored. I just, don't even know.
